July's Challenge

The One Month Shed

Hello Friends!
I’m starting the One Month Shed Challenge. I’ve done biggest loser games before and they’d normally for about 12/13 weeks. That can be a big commitment with our crazy lives. So this time around we’re playing for one month at a time. You just need to let me know if you’re in or out for the month.
Our first month is July. Our game will start Friday July 2nd. So at some point Friday email me your weight, I’ll keep it on a spread sheet to calculate percentages the next week. After that it’s up to you, workout how you like to work out, eat the way you think you should eat
Every Friday you’ll need to weigh yourself and email me the results. I will post the results Saturday or Sunday using only your first name… or a code name if you want me to use one. I’m not going to post weights just the percentages and maybe how many pounds you lost. I’m open for suggestions.
If you want to give me your personal email address I can open the blog for you so you can post what you’re doing or vent any frustrations you’re having.
Your last weigh in for this cycle will be Friday July 30th – and then you can decide if you want to play in August.
